i appreciated the staff, they were so polite. the shower was amazing! i loved that there was a water filter in the room (such a useful addition). air conditioning temperature control worked perfectly.

the gym was a bit small. it made it slightly less convenient to get a full workout in. hopefully, they can expand it in the future!

the staff were always helpful and ready to fulfill requests. we asked for extra pillows and they arrived quickly. we also appreciated the views from the 4th floor, with nice seating areas.

The location was convenient. Bus stops were just outside. the mrt station was also a short walk away. the swimming pool on the rooftop was large. the gym had adequate equipment for a workout.

the room i stayed in was quite small. there was very little space to store clothes. this made it a bit difficult to relax in the room. the breakfast options focused mainly on asian dishes.

The hotel's location near public transport was convenient. It helped me get around without problems.

The room was small. There was hardly any space to move around or store luggage. The noise from other guests was also disruptive. I could hear doors slamming late into the night. I found it difficult to relax properly in such conditions. The hotel needs better soundproofing and larger rooms.
